Eligibility
- Open to undergraduate, postgraduate, and Ph.D. students from colleges and universities across Karnataka.
- Teams must consist of 3–4 members.
- Select one announced Hardware / EDA challenge track during registration.
- Submit a one-page poster or an 8-slide PowerPoint before the deadline.
- Only original work is accepted. Plagiarism leads to disqualification.
Participation Rules
- Evaluation based on innovation, technical feasibility, originality, relevance and impact.
- Top 10 teams qualify for mentorship and the final hackathon.
- Shortlisted teams must complete registration and fee payment within the deadline.
- Each shortlisted team receives an industry or academic mentor.
- Participation in mentoring sessions and reviews is mandatory.
- Final paper must use the prescribed conference template.
- Offline final presentation is mandatory for proceedings eligibility.
- Organizers may revise schedules with prior notification.
